Terms

These terms cover leaving a voice, listening, liking, and reporting on yourvoice.to. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use yourvoice.to. The site is not for children under 13.

You keep ownership of the recording you submit.

You grant yourvoice.to a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, play, display, and share that recording on the site, together with the transcript and the name, title, age, intro, and country you attach to it. The license lasts while the recording is on the site. After it is removed from public view, we stop showing it.

We never use recordings to train AI models or for voice cloning, and we never sell or license them to third parties for such purposes. The site does not offer downloads of recordings.

Do not submit:

• sexual content
• hateful or abusive content
• threats or violent content
• content that encourages self-harm
• profanity
• spam, including unsolicited links and promotions
• personal information, such as an email address, phone number, or identification number
• a recording of another person's voice without their consent

We may review a voice before or after it is public. A voice that matches our checks can stay pending instead of being published. Anyone can report a public voice. We may approve, reject, hide, or remove a voice, a report, or an account at our discretion, including after reports. A voice that is pending or rejected is not public.

If you believe a voice on the site infringes your copyright, email hello@yourvoice.to with:

• your name and a way to reach you
• the URL of the voice
• a description of the copyrighted work
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
• your physical or electronic signature

We will review the notice and remove or disable the recording when the notice is complete.

The site is provided as is. Voices are submitted by their speakers. Transcripts are automatic and may be wrong or missing. We do not promise that the site will be available, accurate, or free of interruption.

To the extent the law allows, yourvoice.to is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content a person submits, arising out of use of the site.

You may stop using the site at any time and delete voices on your account. We may remove a voice or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to operate or close the site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
